How to File a Complaint

The Division of Regulation is responsible for enforcement of professions and related businesses licensed by DBPR under the Division of Professions to ensure that the laws, rules and standards set by the legislature are followed.

Information Regarding Licensed and Unlicensed Complaints
Section 468.4365, Florida Statutes, provides that any complaint or record maintained by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation pursuant to the discipline of a licensed community association manager and any proceeding held by the department to discipline a licensed community association manager shall remain open and available to the public.
Complaints in which probable cause has been found are available by clicking on Verify a License. You may also submit a public records request for a complete list of complaints against a licensed community association manager. All Final Orders are filed with the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH). To review a Final Order for a specific discipline case, view the Disciplinary Orders page.
