The Department of Business and Professional Regulation has taken disciplinary action pursuant to Chapters 120 and 468, F.S. against community association manager and community association management firm licensees. When the discipline matter is concluded the Department issues a written final order containing findings of fact, conclusions of law, and the penalty that is imposed.
