Dear Friends,

This week I had the opportunity to spend some time with several license holders in Tampa. I had the privilege to personally deliver new licenses to Fade Tampa, Cypress Wellness & Spa and LP Auction Service. These licensees were gracious enough to welcome me for a tour of their new businesses and to take some time to offer feedback on their licensing experiences with the Department.

I was also honored to speak at the Rotary Club of Tampa’s monthly meeting, where I was able to speak to several of our current licensees. I talked with them about recent Department initiatives and our commitment to keep making their experiences with DBPR even better.

I truly enjoy interacting with customers and I can guarantee all of the feedback we receive does not fall on deaf ears. As always, thank you for allowing us to continue serving you. Together, we are getting Floridians to work!
