WHO: Department of Business and Professional Regulation Secretary Charles W. Drago and DBPR licensees, industry members, customers and the general public in Northeast Florida.
WHAT: “Quality on the Line,” online office hours for customers to correspond directly with DBPR Secretary Drago via e-mail.
WHEN: Wednesday, July 29, 12 to 3 p.m.
WHERE: Online office hours are available to residents of Hamilton, Suwannee, Lafayette, Dixie, Columbia, Gilchrest, Levy, Baker, Union, Bradford, Alachua, Nassau, Duval, Clay, Putnam, St. Johns, Flagler and Marion counties.
HOW: On July 29, between 12 and 3 p.m.*, visit the DBPR Web site at www.MyFloridaLicense.com and navigate to the online office hours from the Customer Spotlight section of the home page. Secretary Drago will be at his computer, ready to respond to incoming correspondences.
*Online office hours form will only be available during these hours on this day.
TALLAHASSEE—“Quality on the Line” is a cost-free initiative designed to obtain customer feedback. By sharing experiences and ideas with Secretary Charles W. Drago during virtual office hours, customers can enhance services, improve business practices, propose legislative changes, and more. The initiative builds on the success of “On the Road to Better Business,” when Secretary Drago toured Florida to meet with customers, yet it eliminates travel-related costs.
On Wednesday, July 29, Department of Business and Professional Regulation Secretary Drago will be at his computer, ready to respond to Northeast Floridians who have concerns, issues or suggestions that relate to DBPR. Following office hours, Secretary Drago will share his experiences through the “Customers on the Line” blog.
