BUSINESS OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE

Grants a business the ability to work with or provide services for a Pari-Mutuel Facility. Keep in mind, most individuals related to the business also need an Individual Occupational License. Follow this link to apply for a Business Occupational License. You will also need to follow this link if you are a Slot Machine Educational Facility and are seeking to apply for a Slot Machine Certified Educational Facility Occupational License.
