How to use the DBPR Mobile App

Follow the INFO Graphics
On the DBPR Mobile App home screen,
select Report Unlicensed Activity. (outlined in pink)
After clicking Report Unlicensed Activity, the Report Unlicensed Activity page will open. Select the applicable region from the scroll list. Select Done to close the scroll list.
Select the applicable profession from the scroll list.
Select Done to close the scroll list.
Type complaint details in the Complaint Description field. Click Tap to Add Photo to include photos. Select the photos (3 maximum) from the photo gallery. After adding contact information, click Submit to instantly send the complaint to the Department.
REMAINING ANONYMOUS
Tipsters may remain anonymous, however, please note that under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, please do not send an email. Instead, contact our office by phone or in writing. If you wish to submit an anonymous complaint using the DBPR Mobile app, please do not submit any contact information with your complaint/tip. Written communication is also a matter of public record; omit any information you do not wish to be disclosed.
