CEO, CHOP Barbershop, LLC
Sarah Bolinder is the co-founder and president of CHOP Barbershop LLC. After spending nearly a decade as an attorney, she left active practice to focus on the challenge of a lifetime – changing the hair industry as we know it one barbershop at a time. In six years, CHOP has grown under Sarah’s leadership from a five-chair shop to nine thriving locations in the Southeast with over 75 employees.
Vice President, The Keyes Family of Companies
Christina Pappas is a third-generation realtor and Vice President of The Keyes Company. Christina is currently the President-Elect of the Florida Realtors and will be the youngest elected president of the organization when installed in 2022. She previously served as Residential President of the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest local realtor association in the country, and was named by the association as “Realtor of the Year” out of 48,000 realtors in 2017.
Co-Founder, The Body Electric Yoga Company
Katelyn Grady is the co-founder of The Body Electric Yoga Company, a studio that has redefined the practice of yoga in St. Petersburg. Under the mantra, “Keep Yoga Weird” Grady and her partner Jenny Miller have built a mecca of movement in the space affectionately known as The BE.
Barbara Hecht Havenick
President & CEO, Magic City Casino
Barbara Hecht Havenick, of Coral Gables, is one of the few women CEOs in the gaming industry. She serves as president and CEO of Magic City Casino and Naples/Ft Myers Entertainment Center, a family-owned and operated company. Havenick is also a Trustee on the Board of the University of Miami, her alma mater, and serves as a member of the University’s Executive Committee.
CEO, Resource Property Management
Debra Reinhardt currently serves as the first female President of the Chief Executive Officers of Management Companies, an organization that is committed to promoting and protecting community associations throughout Florida. She also founded Resource Property Management in 1991 along with her late husband, Robert Reinhardt. Debra has earned the coveted Professional Community Association Manager Designation (PCAM) and has over thirty years of experience in the community association management industry.
General Counsel, Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association
Samantha H. Padgett serves as the General Counsel for the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association where she provides legal advice and services to the association and its leadership and serves as an advocate for the restaurant and lodging industries at the federal, state, and local levels. Ms. Padgett previously served for ten years as the Vice President and General Counsel of the Florida Retail Federation (FRF).
