1. Q. How do I contact the Hospitality Education Program (HEP)?
A. HEP's sole purpose is administering the school-to-career grant program. The Division of Hotels and Restaurants is responsible for HEP. You may contact the division through the department's Customer Contact Center at 850.487.1395.
2. Q. How do I comply with the HEP training requirements in my Final Order?
A. Due to 2009 legislation, HEP's sole purpose is administering the school-to-career grant program. The division discontinued HEP's training program July 10, 2009. You are no longer required to complete the HEP training to comply with the Final Order. However, you must still complete all other Final Order requirements. You should contact your settlement officer with questions about your Final Order or the HEP training requirement.
3. Q. How do I obtain brochures, posters, and other information previously provided by HEP?
A. The brochures, posters, and other information previously provided by HEP are still available on the division’s website.
