Follow-up with the ESTABLISHMENT
After the inspection is concluded, a written inspection report is given to a representative of the establishment, which includes any violations observed by the inspector. While it is the division’s goal for the inspector to explain the results of the inspection with a representative of the establishment, there may be times when achieving this goal is not feasible. It is the responsibility of the licensee to read the inspection report and correct any violations observed regardless of whether the inspector explains the inspection results.
