The Department of Business and Professional Regulation is taking its business directly to the customers; Secretary Charles W. Drago will be in Jacksonville on Thursday, Oct. 9, to meet with licensees and consumers in the area.
“I am grateful to hear feedback from the people we serve so, together, we can come up with creative ways of making business better in Florida. We've made great strides in extending the DBPR team to include the very people we serve,” stated Secretary Drago.
“On the Road to Better Business” is designed to bridge the communications gap and bring a piece of the government right to the customers. - “Good job! It's nice to know that our public officials care enough to ask us questions.”
- “This was a great opportunity to bring issues directly to the Secretary and provide the Secretary with information on the challenges with licensure that he would not otherwise be privy to.”
Licensees and citizens are encouraged to schedule a meeting with the Secretary between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, by e-mailing communications@dbpr.state.fl.us with the time they would like to meet and their contact information.
