> Participants MUST BE between the ages of 14 and 20 at the time of submission to win.
> Videos can be no longer than 30 seconds in length.
> Videos must include the reason you choose not to make alcohol a part of your Spring Break plans.
> Videos will be accepted from Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009 through 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009.
> Contestants must complete the online entry form and send the video release form via fax to 850-921-9019 or by snail mail to:

> Contestants must keep videos in mpeg, mp4, mov, avi, or wmv with a file size of less than 20MB.
> Videos containing inappropriate language or content will not be accepted.
> Contestants can submit more than one video per individual; however, they should complete separate entry forms and video release forms for each video.
> Judges will select three winners.
