Question: I changed my address in the web reporting interface, but it continues to show my previous address.

Answer: Your address is pulled from the department's licensing system and will always override this web reporting interface. Although the system allows you to indicate an address change, but you must complete DBPR ABT - 6014 (PDF) and send it to the division's Bureau of Licensing in order to satisfy the statutory requirements and actually change the license address.
