Registering for Web-based System Access
- Open the EDS Registration Page:
- Enter your permit / license number, excluding any prefix and select the "Search" button:
- There may be more than one choice for your permit / license number:
- Your business information will now be displayed:
- Now you may begin entering your contact information:
- Select the "Register" button:
- Log In
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your login ID and password. You will then enter this information on the EDS login page.
Please review a tutorial for your relevant report type.
The registration screen shown above has two main areas, licensee information and contact information.
Note: This is an example number. DO NOT enter this number.
If there is more than one entity using the same permit / license number, this screen will pop up. Select your license and press the "OK" button.
Note: If your entity is not listed, please contact your local district office.
Notice that your business information is grayed out and can't be edited. This information is controlled by our licensing system. Although you may indicate an address change when entering general information, you must complete and sign a form. The core licensing system will then show the update on your next month's reporting period.
Note: Your address is pulled from the department's licensing system and will always override this web reporting interface. Although the system allows you to indicate an address change, you must complete form DBPR ABT - 6014 (PDF) and send it to the division's Bureau of Licensing in order to satisfy the statutory requirements and actually change the license address.
Contact Name: The name of the person responsible for filing the monthly report and considered the primary contact between AB&T and your company.
Contact Email: Enter the contact persons direct email address.
Contact Phone Number: Enter the contact persons phone number. Please include a direct line (if available).
Main Company Email: This should be your company's main (or generic) email address. Examples include: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org. This will serve as your account login for system access.
Password: Your password must be at least 8 (minimum) characters, no more than 14 (maximum), and contain at least one digit (0-9).
Security Question & Answer: Select a security question and create an answer. This will be used in the event you require a password reset.
Type of Access? Select this option if you plan on delivering your monthly report via our batch file transfer protocol (FTP) batch upload method, web-based reporting, or both. Note: FTP batch users may only use one method at a time. Once your data systems are programmed to submit reports to our production environment, the web interface should only be used for viewing submissions.
You will then be sent an email with your login instructions and password.
