Approval Applications.

IMPORTANT Product Approval Cut Off Dates
All Applications must be Validated by the Cut-off Date in order to be considered at the next monthly commission meeting.

*All applications using Evaluation by an Architect or Engineer method must send in a signed and sealed hard copy of the evaluation report AND a copy of the online payment receipt showing the FL number. Please send both of these to:
