Transfer Grades/Scores & License Verification

How do I get a license and/or exam grades verification?

You will need to submit: A check or money order in the amount of $50, payable to Department of Business and Professional Regulation.  Interstate Exchange form from the state you are applying for, or a written request authorizing the Florida Board to release your information. The request should include the following:

The name of the person you’re requesting the information for, license number, the state you’re applying for your signature

The request and fee should be sent to:

CPA examination scores not on DBPR website.

If scores are not on the DBPR website, it could be one of the following reasons:

• Just passed the exam and scores have not been forwarded to DBPR.
• Score was sent to board office in hard copy format. This will require score to be manually added to the system.
