1. How do I relinquish my individual/firm license?
Return the wall certificate, license(s) along with a letter of request to close the license to the Deparement of Business and Professional Regulation, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0783. Your request will be considered by the Board of Accountancy at a regularly scheduled board meeting. You will be notified of the Board’s decision within two weeks of the meeting date.
