Heimlich Maneuver
Section 509.213(1), Florida Statutes: "Every public food service establishment shall post a sign which illustrates and describes the Heimlich Maneuver procedure for rendering emergency first aid to a choking victim in a conspicuous place in the establishment accessible to employees." This poster is available from the Heimlich Institute.
