The next license renewal cycles end March 31 and May 31. Affected license types include some real estate, alcoholic beverage and tobacco and continuing education provider licensees. Please check your license to ensure you renew by the deadline!
The restaurant inspection process in Florida is changing. Effective July 1, 2014, the Division of Hotels and Restaurants will have a new risk-based frequency inspection program in place. To learn more, read the Risk-Based Inspection Frequency Press Release.
DBPR has received notification of a delinquent account telephone scam targeting licensees. Be aware that we do not contact licensees for credit card or bank account information. If you receive a suspicious phone call from someone claiming to be from the Department, please hang up and verify the status of your account by contacting our Customer Contact Center at 850.487.1395.
