BETTER BOARD MANAGEMENT
The South Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Association Institute a premier provider of continuing education and previously the dedicated provider of the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes Condominium & Cooperative Education Curriculum for the State of Florida in Lee, Charlotte and Collier counties.
Taught by a published author and licensed community association manager (LCAM) with many years experience teaching adults, this class is designed to provide information and to make learning enjoyable. The course will provide excellence in education to new and seasoned board members on all facets of association board administration, regulations, financial, operations, and conflict resolutions that boards are confronted with on a day-to-day basis.

Condo Association Board Member Certification Course – The law firm of Taylor & Carls, P.A., which has offices located in Altamonte Springs, Palm Coast and Oldsmar, Florida, provides comprehensive legal representation for community associations in all areas affecting the existence and operation of the association.
