Here at DBPR, we're innovators - never settling and always looking for new and better ways to do business. We keep you - our customers - in mind and if something can be improved for you, we're going to make it happen.
Over the past months, we've been gathering information and feedback about our external website, and I'm excited to say that next week that review and research is paying off with the launch of a re-designed website. We pursued this re-design with common sense as our focus. I believe our new website will not only be easier to navigate, it is also more visually appealing and will welcome visitors.
Our home page will offer visitors a more direct approach, giving them quick access to the pages most often visited. Drawing on customer feedback, we have also created a direct licensee login access point, enabling licensees with pre-created online accounts to skip clicking through several pages. And, while the site may look a bit different, I can assure you that all content from our current website has a home on the new website.
I am confident these changes to the website will improve the Department’s efficiency and will make a positive impact on our customers and visitors. Enjoy!
