Dear Friends,

In October, DBPR will welcome the statewide Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics (DDC) program as part of our agency. This program enforces Florida’s Drug and Cosmetic Act by providing a regulatory structure for this industry, safeguarding our citizens from potential harm and promoting the businesses that operate within Florida.

DBPR is committed to continuing and improving the dialogue between our agency and the industries regulated by state law. As part of the transition process, we plan to reach out to the industries for suggestions and feedback about the regulatory structure and requirements.

Additionally, I plan on actively participating in quarterly meetings with industry members. As always, I welcome any feedback on how DBPR can better serve our customers and I am looking forward to working with DDC industry members!
