Dear Friends,

Next week officially marks the beginning of preparation for the 2012 Legislative Session with the start of legislative committee meetings here in Tallahassee. Like many other state agency leaders, I have been asked to share my goals for our Department and I plan to discuss my guiding principles for helping this agency get Floridians back to work as quickly as possible and with the fewest burdens. I am looking forward to these committee hearings because they offer another chance for me to reaffirm my commitment to our customers for better, quicker and more efficient service.

Over the next several weeks, we will also be analyzing the results of the customer service survey we sent out to the majority of our licensees, looking for ways we can continue improving our service. We appreciate all of the feedback we've received and will put it to good use in our analysis. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we’re doing!
