When I became Secretary of DBPR, one of my main goals for the Department was to foster open lines of communication with our customers. As part of my continued effort to maintain this pledge, the Department has developed a survey for our licensees to measure our service, and we will be sending the survey out to the vast majority of our licensees over the next several days.
The main objective of the survey is to identify any unnecessary regulations or other obstacles that may make things harder for businesses and professionals working in Florida. If you are a licensee and you receive our survey, I hope you will take just a few minutes to offer your valuable feedback. As always, the Department is committed to our mission to license efficiently and regulate fairly, and we look forward to receiving your input!
