Dear Friends,

I am pleased to announce that we have three new leaders coming to our Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. This week, Vicki Cutcliffe began as our new Chief of Law Enforcement. Vicki has many years of law enforcement experience including six years as a major for the Florida Department of Transportation and nearly three years as the Director for the Florida Department of Financial Services' Division of Insurance Fraud.

Additionally, this coming Monday, Amy Toman will begin to serve as ABT's Assistant Deputy Director. Amy is transferring to the Division from the Office of the General Counsel where she served as Deputy General Counsel over Administration. I am certain her experience and dedication will be a great asset to the ABT team.

Finally, effective October 17th, Robert 'Allen' Douglas will serve as the new Director of ABT. Allen has served in various leadership roles including nine years as the Executive Director of the Florida Associated General Contractors Council, Inc. and most recently as the Florida Legislative Affairs Director for the National Federation of Independent Business for five years.

I am confident these three leaders will do an extraordinary job for ABT, the Department as a whole and our licensees. As always, thank you for allowing us to continue serving Florida's businesses and professions!
