Dear Friends,

The best part of being Secretary of DBPR is the opportunity to meet and interact with many of our licensees from across the state. One of the things I look forward to all year is the Florida Realtors annual convention and this week, I have the privilege to speak at the annual convention and visit with many of the realtors who are there.

Real Estate is one of the largest segments of our licensees and it is important that I reach out and gather feedback regarding the Department’s processes and how we can better serve them. Real estate professionals have a direct impact on the state’s economy and housing market and most likely will at some point have an impact on most everyone’s lives. I believe the improvements we have made and continue to make to better serve the profession will make it easier for realtors to concentrate on what matters most: serving Florida’s citizens.

I appreciate the opportunity to speak at the annual convention, and I look forward to meeting many of our valued licensees. Thank you for allowing me to continue serving you!
