Division of Alchoholic Beverages and Tobacco Arrests Two for Gambling Violations at Enzo's Stained Glass Pub
Investigation reveals illegal gambling machines and other violations

The Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (AB&T) with assistance from the Ft. Lauderdale Police Department have concluded the enforcement effort and investigation of Enzo’s Stained Glass Pub, located at 5216 N. Federal Highway, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Undercover AB&T agents were paid for playing and winning a video gaming machine four times during the course of the month-long investigation. A gambling search warrant was executed on May 11, 2007, which resulted in the arrests, seizure of three video gaming machines, and a total of $2,769.15. The investigation stemmed from a Crime Stoppers tip.
“This was a great partnership that resulted from a tip from vigilant citizen,” said Secretary Holly Benson. “Our AB&T agents remain committed to keeping the public safe and upholding the law.”
The two were arrested during execution of the search warrant on charges of:
- Bartender
- Operating/Keeping a Gambling House, 2 counts (849.02, F.S.)
- Possession of Prohibited Coin Operated Machine, 2 counts (849.15, F.S)
- Traffic Cocaine over 28 grams, 1 count (893.135(1)(b), F.S.)
- Possession of Cannabis over 20 grams, 1 count (893.13, F.S.)
- Owner/Corporate Officer
- Operating/Keeping a Gambling House, 2 counts (849.02, F.S.)
- Possession of Prohibited Coin Operated Machine, 2 counts (849.15, F.S.)
