The Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes is offering a free condominium educational seminar in Sarasota next week. The educational seminar will focus on Financial Reporting, the Complaint Process and Insurance relating to condominium associations. The free presentation will also be available live, online on Sarasota TV Live at scgov.net/MeetingsAgenda.asp.
It is important that condominium owners, board members and managers understand Florida’s condominium laws and proper operating procedures. The information will be provided by staff from the division, and there will be an open discussion following the seminar. Participants will also be provided educational materials to bring back to their condominium associations.
