The Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes will hold two condominium educational seminars in the Miami area this week. The educational seminar will focus on laws and rules related to condominium elections and budgets.
It is very important that condominium owners, board members and managers understand Florida’s condominium laws and proper operating procedures. The information will be provided by staff from the Division, and there will be an open discussion following the seminar. Participants will also be provided educational materials to bring back to their condominium associations.
