The Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes is offering a free condominium educational seminar in Daytona Beach and Boynton Beach. The educational seminar will focus on 2010 legislative updates affecting condominiums and the condominium election process.
DBPR works to educate condominium owners, board members and managers on Florida’s condominium laws and proper operating procedures. Instructors will lead an informative discussion, and participants will receive educational materials to share with their associations.
