The Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes is offering a free condominium educational seminar in Cocoa Beach, and Miami Beach next week. The educational seminar will focus on new laws affecting condominiums and the condominium complaint process.
DBPR works to educate condominium owners, board members and managers on Florida’s condominium laws and proper operating procedures. Instructors will lead an informative discussion, and participants will receive educational materials to share with their associations.
