TALLAHASSEE—This week is national Customer Service Week, and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation is marking the occasion by asking customers to engage in the dialogue on how DBPR can improve customer service. DBPR has launched the “How did we serve you?” online survey for customers to provide feedback. To complete a survey, customers can visit MyFloridaLicense.com and click on the link in the Customer Service Spotlight.
“Providing great customer service is our top priority at DBPR,” stated Secretary Charlie Liem. “By providing excellent service, we help Florida’s men and women enter and remain in their careers and support the economy.”
National Customer Service Week, from Oct. 4 through Oct. 8, was created to raise customer service awareness and celebrate the work of customer service professionals. The “How did we serve you?” survey will be available throughout October.
DBPR’s mission is to license efficiently and regulate fairly. DBPR licenses more than one million businesses and professionals ranging from real estate agents, veterinarians, and accountants to contractors and cosmetologists. For more information, please visit www.MyFloridaLicense.com.
