WHAT: “Quality on the Line,” online office hours for customers to correspond directly with DBPR Secretary Drago via e-mail
WHEN: Wednesday, June 17, 12 to 3 p.m.
WHERE: Online office hours are available to residents of Desoto, Sarasota, Highlands, Polk, Lake, Sumter, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties.
HOW: On June 17 between 12 and 3 p.m.*, visit the DBPR Web site at www.MyFloridaLicense.com and navigate to the online office hours from the Customer Spotlight section of the home page. Secretary Drago will be at his computer, ready to respond to incoming correspondences.

TALLAHASSEE—Secretary Drago wants to hear directly from the customer’s DBPR serves. “Quality on the Line” is a convenient, cost-free way for customers to correspond directly with the Secretary and DBPR senior management to inspire positive change at the department. Customers can play an active role in government by sharing their experiences with Secretary Drago during “Quality on the Line” virtual office hours. The initiative builds on the success of “On the Road to Better Business,” when Secretary Drago toured Florida to meet with customers, yet it eliminates travel-related costs.
On Wednesday, June 17, Department of Business and Professional Regulation Secretary Drago will be at his computer, ready to respond to West Floridians who have concerns, issues or suggestions that relate to DBPR. Customer feedback will help the department enhance customer service, improve business practices, propose legislative changes, and more.
During the first “Quality on the Line” virtual office hours in South Florida, Secretary Drago responded to over 90 customers. One hundred percent of survey respondents appreciated the opportunity to share information with Secretary Drago.
