Electronic Reporting by Continuing Education Providers

Real Estate Schools and Providers

As of April 1, 2003, all schools and education providers offering continuing education to real estate licensees must submit an electronic roster of the attendees to the department.

Appraisal Schools and Providers

Electronic reporting of appraisal continuing education course completions commenced on December 1, 2002.  Education providers should only electronically report continuing education course completions satisfying requirements for the current licensure period.

Real Estate Distance Education

To access the current listing of approved schools providing internet based delivery, please follow the instructions below.

Go to the www.MyFloridaLicense.com
Select > Find a Continuing Education Course
On the Board drop down menu select > Division of Real Estate
On the Requirement drop-down menu select > SPRE-Sales PreLicense
In the Course Name text box type in "Distance"
Then Select > Search
