Once there you will be able to select the profession which will take you to a page where you can select the category of the form you are seeking. Please update your bookmarks to reflect the new DBPR online services.
The Division of Real Estate has received many questions in regards to renewal for appraisers that failed to renew timely and require reactivation education. In an attempt to assist with the confusion, we are breaking down what an appraiser will need at the different levels of reactivation education.

2012 Financial Crime Symposium
On October 26, 2012 the Department of Business and Professional Regulations, with the Division of Real Estate, hosted a financial crime symposium at FAMU Law School in Orlando Florida.
The event had very informative speakers such as: Robert O’Neill, U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida; Fernando Ramos, Assistant Special Agent with Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); Edward Page, defense attorney with Carlton Fields; and DBPR Office of General Counsel Chief Attorney Patrick Cunningham, Deputy Chief Attorney Allison McDonald, and Attorney Jennifer Blakeman.
The Department was able to capture the symposium on video and is offering it below for your viewing pleasure. We are in addition posting the Power Points some of the guest speakers supplied so you can follow along with their presentations.
