A woman who worked two jobs visited a couple to purchase a used car and was duped into hiring them to perform repairs on her first home.  The husband said he was licensed.  The work was not finished, was defective (live wires caused a kitchen fire and raw sewage ran under her home due to unfinished plumbing).  She cannot afford to hire a licensed individual to remedy the work.  Fine $10,500 on both the husband and wife.
