Enforcement
The Bureau of Child Labor is responsible for enforcing restrictions (Chapter 450, Part 1, Florida Statutes) established to protect young workers from employment that might interfere with their schooling or educational opportunities. The Child Labor Law also governs the working relationship between minors and their employers.
