Division of Regulation
Complaints against the regulated professionals or professions may be filed with the Bureau of Complaints in Tallahassee or any Regional Program Office. You may either visit our Online Services to file a complaint or download a complaint form and forward it to one of our offices. Complaints are prioritized based on the severity of the alleged incident. This allows the department to dedicate resources to investigating and prosecuting those cases which have caused serious physical or financial harm. Because the division is charged with regulating the professions and protection of the public as a whole, we cannot represent consumers individually. However, we can assist consumers in obtaining remedy for financial harm through alternative dispute resolution. To learn more about consumer fraud, please visit the Attorney General's web site.
