Florida law requires the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to monitor licensee compliance with continuing education requirements (Section 455.2177, Florida Statutes).
If you attempt to renew your license on-line and the department record reflect you have not fullfilled all the required hours/credits for the most recent renewal period, you will receive a letter in lieu of License.
In order for you to renew your license, you must complete all applicable continuing education requirements, including payment of the fees.
If you have completed all of your required hours and the department's system does not reflect this, then please remember that the Provider has 30 days to submit the course or courses that were completed. During the last month of renewal cycle, this period is shortened to 10 business days. You can always mail copies of your course completion certificates to:
