Labor Organizations and Business Agents

Labor Organizations: According to Section 447.01, Florida Statutes, the Department of Business and Profession Regulation is entrusted with licensing and regulating the activities of labor organizations. 

Business Agents: According to Section 447.04, Florida Statutes, every person desiring to act as a business agent in this state must obtain a license by filing an application with the department.
