CLAY FORD SCHOLARSHIP
To encourage students to remain in school for the fifth year required to obtain a CPA license, a fifth-year Clay Ford Scholarship Program has been established, setting aside $200,000 per year in scholarships. If requirements are met and money is available, applicants may be eligible for scholarships up to 8,000 per semester, which are awarded for a maximum of two semesters.

the completion of 120 semester hours from an accredited institution. You
are required to upload your official transcripts with this application. Unofficial transcripts will not be reviewed
FINANCIAL AID
VERIFICATION FORM: The Financial Aid
Verification form must be completed by the university financial aid office and
include an official signature and seal. REGISTRAR¿S
VERIFICATION FORM: The Registrar''s Verification form must be completed by the university
registrar''s office and include an official signature and seal. 500-WORD ESSAY: You must write and submit a 500-word essay on your career
