DBPR CPA 5013-1 - Course
This application is used by individuals or companies that would like board approval to offer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit for the purpose of continuing education to licensed Certified Public Accounts.

REQUIREMENTS: A detailed course outline, course materials, and a sample course completion certificate must be included. The sample course completion certificate must include spaces for the student''s name, title of the course, course approval number, course completion date, and total number of course hours. All providers of CPE courses for continuing education for Certified Public Accountants must be approved prior to offering their courses.
FEE: No fee is required.
