High Priority: LICENSES; ANNUAL RENEWALS. Each public lodging establishment and public food service establishment shall obtain a license from the division. Delinquency Fees. A license renewal filed with the division within 30 days after the expiration date shall be accompanied by a delinquency fee of $50 in addition to the renewal fee and any other fees required by law or rule. 61C-1.008(5) A license renewal filed with the division more than 30 but not more than 60 days after the expiration date shall be accompanied by a delinquency fee of $100 in addition to the renewal fee and any other fees required by law or rule.
