Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-09-4    Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting boards with excessive cut marks on prep tables.
14-11-5    Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed torn gasket on reach in cooler in front counter area. Observed oven door on cook line in disrepair.
35B-01-4    Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed at rear exit door by kitchen area.
36-17-5    Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed floor tiles in disrepair throughout kitchen area.
36-24-5    Basic - Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed 2 holes on the wall above prep tables in kitchen area.

23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled gaskets on multiple reach in coolers. Observed soiled hood system.
