Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

14-69-4    Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup around walk in freezer door. **Repeat Violation**
10-07-4    Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir spoons stored in standing water at 66F. Person in charge discarded. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
03A-02-5    High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Coffee milk, whipped cream stored on counter for less than 4 hours at 59, 61F. 53A-04-6    Intermediate - Food service manager not certified within 30 days of employment. Has been working at establishment for longer than 30 days as a manager.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Nozzle to hot chocolate machine, plate under blender with debris buildup.
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink at coffee maker area used as dump sink.
