Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

29-08-4    Basic - Plumbing system in poor repair. Observed top of "bell" on vacuum breaker missing.
25-06-4    Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Lids missing from drink dispenser at drive through, also McFlurry cups not inverted on line. Also, cases of single service items stored on floor in back break room area. Person in charge raised and inverted. **Corrected On-Site**
22-43-4    High Priority - Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple sink set up with quatanery ammonium at 500+ ppm turning strip blue. Person in charge diluted to 400ppm. **Corrected On-Site**
01B-02-5    High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Creamer in machine on line at 64F. Person in charge unsure how long item has been out of temperature.
