Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

08B-47-4    Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed Oil bucket not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor located next to reach in cooler at kitchen.
10-20-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses.
23-03-4    Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in cooler gaskets soiled throughout kitchen.
22-16-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed at kitchen,
36-27-5    Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed wall soiled behind reach in coolers at kitchen.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
12A-07-5    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Instructed employee on proper method.
01C-03-4    Intermediate - Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served.
01C-02-4    Intermediate - Establishment not maintaining clam/mussel/oyster tags for 90 days.
16-37-1    Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. **Repeat Violation**
