A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-73-4    Basic - Floors walls, and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. Vent over ice machine with debris buildup. Wall at dishmachine with mold like substance buildup.
10-06-5    Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed handle in direct contact with noodles in make line reach in cooler. Person in charge removed. **Corrected On-Site**
16-46-4    Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Old label residue observed on multiple containers in clean dishware storage area.
08B-39-4    Basic - Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed avocados being cut directly out of the box without being washed. Person in charge had employee begin washing. **Corrective Action Taken**
29-49-6    Basic - Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Several make line reach in cooler with standing water in the bottom of units. **Repeat Violation**
31A-11-4    Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed drain cover stored in back hand wash sink by back door. Person in charge removed. **Corrected On-Site**
02C-02-5    Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Chicken made 12/1 per person in charge marked with old label in walk in cooler. Person in charge marked appropriately. **Corrected On-Site**
