Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

36-74-4    Basic - Build-up of soil/debris on the floor along the walls, baseboards, cabinets and/or equipment. Throughout kitchen, food prep area, dry storage, under three compartment sink old bagel etc, bakery area.
23-24-4    Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Microwaves in front line, reach in cooler.
28-02-4    Basic - Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Pooled water in reach in cooler front line.
35A-03-4    Basic - Dead roaches on premises. 3 dead next to three compartment sink. 2 dead in managers office. Operator cleaned at time of inspection.
36-18-4    Basic - Floor tiles cracked, broken or in disrepair. Along cove molding in kitchen.
38-07-4    Basic - Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. In dry storage and prep area. **Repeat Violation**
36-72-4    Basic - Walk-in cooler floor soiled. Old food debris.
21-12-4    Basic - Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Front line
12A-07-4    High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to work with food. Handled cash and then placed gloves on with no hand wash. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 30 plus live behind three compartment sink on old bagel.
35A-04-4    High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 13 dry dropping in front of office next to three compartment sink. 20 dry droppings in managers office.
22-02-4    Intermediate - Accumulation of food debris/grease on food-contact surface. Soiled residue on multiple kitchen containers, bulk flour, tray racks, seed bins.
