Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

10-12-4    Basic - In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Can its stored in covered in rust.
10-19-4    Basic - In-use tongs stored on oven door handle.
22-19-4    Basic - Interior of microwave soiled with encrusted food debris.
14-67-4    Basic - Reach-in cooler gasket torn/in disrepair. Make table on cooks line.
36-30-4    Basic - Wall not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom.
29-42-4    High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet.
22-05-4    Intermediate - Cutting board(s) stained/soiled.
22-22-4    Intermediate - Encrusted material on can opener blade. Observed build up of greasy material.
22-28-4    Intermediate - Interior of reach-in cooler soiled with accumulation of food residue. Bottom of tall reach in.
