Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below. The department cites violations of Florida's sanitation and safety laws, which are based on the standards of U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. High Priority violations are those which could contribute directly to a foodborne illness or injury and include items such as cooking, reheating, cooling and hand-washing. Intermediate violations are those which, if not addressed, could lead to risk factors that contribute to foodborne illness or injury. These violations include personnel training, documentation or record keeping and labeling. Basic violations are those which are considered best practices to implement. While most establishments correct all violations in a timely manner (often during the inspection), the division's procedures are designed to compel compliance with all violations through follow-up visits, administration action or closure when necessary.

35A-05-4    High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. One live roach found in the garbage can in back kitchen prep table by the walk in cooler. Two live roaches found in table mounted can opener. Two live roaches found behind the ice machine on the wall in the back kitchen. One live roach on clean cook wear on storage rack near the ice machine. One live roach in between cove base tile and wall under hand wash sink next to the ice machine. One live roach found inside the storage rack next to the ice machine in the back kitchen. 4 live roaches found on the legs of dish wear storage rack next to the ice machine. 4 live roaches found on cove base near reach in cooler across from dish machine. One live roach roach under the light switch panel near the entrance to the water heater/ dry storage room. The light switch panel has roach droppings around it. 01B-02-4    High Priority - Stop Sale issued on potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food due to temperature abuse. Jar of olives had mold like substance growing on it. Container of stew 62°F , cooked potatoes 50°F. **Warning**
14-74-4    Intermediate - Cold holding equipment incapable of maintaining potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food at proper temperatures. Do not store potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food in this unit until the unit is capable of maintaining foods at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or colder. Walk in cooler.
